Group Exercise

Group exercise classes are just one of the many ways to enjoy your Y membership. With multiple classes per week, there is something for everyone. Youth ages 9-12 can also participate in these classes if accompanied by an adult.

You’ll find something that’s right for you. Try cardio, strength, water exercise, yoga and more. Taking a group class means making new friends and having fun while gaining strength, endurance, and energy.

Our skilled and certified instructors provide a welcoming, supportive environment for all abilities. Enjoy your favorite Y classes and instructors with friends as you exercise and stay healthy together.

Active Older Adults

Active older adults (AOA) can develop new friendships and activities at the YMCA, where they can find a strong sense of belonging and support for sustained health and well-being.

Through ongoing, fun, safe, and engaging programs, AOA members build relationships and increase self-confidence while celebrating each community member’s success.

The YMCA is committed to the health and fitness of our active older adults. We provide whole-person programs that nurture spirit, mind, and body. From group exercise classes and aquatic programs focusing on mobility and flexibility to dance classes, social events, and volunteer activities, there’s something for everyone at the YMCA.
